By becoming a member of, or otherwise using, Pluto Station Kulturförening's website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before becoming a member.
Supporting membership costs 200 SEK per calendar year and renews automatically each year unless cancelled. Membership grants access to the association's member events, space permitting. Your membership application is reviewed by the association in accordance with the association's statutes before membership is activated.
Payments are processed through our payment provider, Stripe. All prices are listed in Swedish kronor (SEK). By completing a payment, you also agree to Stripe's own terms of service for the payment service.
Under Swedish distance contract law, consumers normally have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. Because membership gives you immediate access to the association's services and content, by completing your application you consent to the service beginning immediately, meaning the right of withdrawal may end earlier to the extent permitted by law. Contact the board if you have questions about this.
If you change your mind, you can get a full refund by contacting the board at kontakt@plutostation.org the same day you register and pay.
As a member or visitor at our events, you are expected to follow the association's Code of Conduct. Violations of the Code of Conduct may result in suspension from events or expulsion from the association, in accordance with the association's statutes.
All content on the website – text, images, graphics, and design – belongs to Pluto Station Kulturförening or is used with permission, unless otherwise stated. Content may not be copied or reused without written consent.
The association strives to keep the website and its services available and accurate, but cannot guarantee they are always error-free or uninterrupted. The association is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the website, to the extent permitted by law.
The association reserves the right to change these terms. Material changes will be communicated to members via email or on the website.
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes should primarily be resolved through dialogue with the board.
Questions about these terms can be sent to the board via our contact page.
